Project Description

This home was one of the bigger homes that we had done at the time at almost 4000 sqft. It’s a three car two storey. The second floor has a large open space and a bedroom with a balcony front and back. The cedar deck on the main floor is almost around the whole house. They put a cistern under the garage floor to capture rain water to beused to wash vehicles or irrigate or even in the toilets. The stairway to the upstairs is in the turret with a landing half way that can be used as a reading area or a place to unwind. This home is also heated by radiant hot water, only on this project all of the pipes are in the ceiling.
