Project Description

This 3000 sq/ft bungalow with walkout was built on a 10 acre property the owner had severed from their farm. The exterior was done in stucco and brick. The inside is wide open with a beautiful kitchen and custom built entertainment centre. The main floor is done with yellow birch hardwood and ceramic tile. Some of the tiled areas had electric heat put under it to take off the chill. The roof is metal, but looks like a regular shingle, because of the coating that is on it. They also put a stairway from the garage to the basement.
