Project Description

This is a large two storey home, 4500 sq/ft. The property has its own pond which the house backs onto with a walk-out basement. The over sized 3 car garage has a suspended slab making the basement of the garage completely usable space. The basement of the garage was used as the mechanical room which houses the boiler for the heating system. All floors of this home have in-floor water heat and the cooling system is in the attic, with all duct work encased in foam insulation. There is a small lift that goes from the main floor to the basement allowing easy access for anyone. This home also has a wood burning fireplace (something you don’t see very often anymore).
